The Council for the Borough of Sayre will conduct monthly committee meetings in 2009 on the following dates.
These meetings are scheduled for Council Chambers, Sayre Borough Hall, 110 West Packer Avenue, Sayre, Pa.
Administration: 1:00 PM on the first (1st) Wednesday of each month; every other
Wednesday reserved at 1:00 PM.
Emergency Management: 4:00 PM on the second (2nd) Wednesday each month;
reserve every Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
Planning Commission: 7:00 PM on the fourth (4th) Tuesday each month; reserve second (2nd) Tuesday each month.
Planning and Zoning: 12:00 PM on the first (1st) Wednesday of each month.
Police: 4:00 PM on the first (1st) Monday of each month.
Public Works: 1:00 PM on the second (2nd) Monday each month; reserve every Monday at 1:00 PM.
Shade Tree Commission: 6:00 PM on the first (1st) Wednesday of each month.
Any person with a disability requiring a special accommodation to attend a meeting should notify the Borough Secretary at 570-888-7739, Extension 12, as early as possible, but not later than three days prior to a meeting. The Borough of Sayre will make every effort to provide a reasonable accommodation.
